The following are the terms and conditions on which QwikPay offer services for a parking payment solution by the mobile application and on the website www.qwikpay.com.my. By accessing, browsing, viewing or otherwise using your account or the services, you are entering into an agreement with QwikPay and you will be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy as well as  or the Privacy Policy, please refrain from creating an account or using the services. If you have any questions about the information below, please contact the Customer Support Centres at the end of this page.


Among the services offered by QwikPay are gated parking, street parking and retail shopping options. The service offered is designed to generate a QR code via the mobile application and a reader would be placed at operating sites of QwikPay listed on the application only which would require users to scan the QR code generated for entry and exit of parking. However, for the retail shopping options users are able to redeem or purchase retail products via QwikPay app using the QR code generated and is only applicable to deals, promotion and retail partners listed on the app only. 

The guide of this service is available on the mobile application itself and the website. You will agree that your usage of the service is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to use the service safely. You will also agree not to use the service to violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations including but not limited to usage of the service while driving. 

You are solely responsible for all parking penalties. You are solely responsible for resolving with the relevant authorities any issues that you may have regarding parking penalties. We do not enforce the violation of parking restrictions and do not issue parking penalties.

You are also solely responsible for all fees and charges you incur in connection with your use of your mobile device to access the mobile application or services, including but not limited to, data usage, texting, data overages, per-minute charges, roaming and other telecommunication or access charges and you acknowledge that such fees or charges may apply and that you are solely responsible for such charges and fees.



1. Rights and responsibilities of the user


In order to use the service, you must register using your email, mobile number and create a password via the app. You will agree to provide true, accurate and complete information. By registering for our service, QwikPay will be granted permission to access and use your information to store credentials for the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and the information relating to you, and are fully responsible for all activities occur under your account. You will immediately inform QwikPay of any unauthorized use of your password, top up credit or any breach of security. QwikPay will not be liable for any loss or damages arising from your failure to comply in this section. 

By providing QwikPay your email address, you consent to our use of the email address to send you service related notices. Including any notices by law. We may also use your email address to send you other messages such as changes to features or any updates of the service and special offers. If you do not wish to receive any email notification you are able to output by notifying QwikPay on your decision.

When you create an account or use the parking services of QwikPay, you are directed to these terms and conditions in order to continue. By continuing and opening an account or using the services, you acknowledge that you are providing your consent to enter into a contact with QwikPay and to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein, including our Privacy Policy, which govern your use of the account and services.

QwikPay provides a service to enable your payment for parking at certain facilities. QwikPay does not own, operate or maintain parking facilities and is not responsible for any such facilities or events occur at such facilities. Parking facilities are operated by companies with QwikPay has contractual relationships, but QwikPay is not responsible for actions taken by such companies.



2. Customer Privacy


QwikPay values your privacy and is committed to protecting your privacy. In some cases, you may be subject by-laws or parking regulations depending on the type and location of parking space you are utilizing. It is your responsibility to ensure you comply with all applicable laws. 



3. Payment & Processing


Please note that the payments collected through the payment service for the use of the services, are collected on behalf of the parking operators or local councils.

The parking fees will be imposed by the local council and parking operators based on the applicable locations and shall be subject to any minimum or block charges that may be determined by the local council, parking operators and QwikPay. The local council and parking operators have the right to increase parking charges with or without notice which would be reflected in the service offered. 

Local council, street parking services would be linked to your car registration number and history of payments and receipts would be made visible on the app. Once payment has been finalized and confirmed the customer will not be able to alter information such as duration of parking and vehicle registration number and refunds would not be applicable. The user shall be aware if any wrong information provided upon payment including location of area parked at a local council shall be subject to summons and compounds by the local authority. QwikPay will not be liable if any mistake made by the user and Qwikpay would not be responsible for any appeal to local authorities made by the user. 

In the event customer shall make payment for any third party(s), including but not limited to friend(s) and family(s), the customer shall be solely responsible for such third party(s) and shall ensure that the third party(s) shall abide by the terms and condition herein. 



4. Links to Third Party Sites


This Web Site may contain links to third party sites. Access to any other Internet site linked to this Web Site is at the user’s own risk and Qwikpay is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements made on these sites. Qwikpay provides these links merely as a convenience and the inclusion of such links does not imply an endorsement.



5. Data Security


Qwikpay is committed to taking reasonable steps to protect the individual identifying information that you provide to us.



6. Data Quality and Access


The accuracy of your individual identifying information is important to Qwikpay. We are working on ways to make it easier for you to review and correct the information that Qwikpay maintains about you.



7. Transfer of Credit


The user (Primary User) may elect to share its parking top up credit available with a selected individual or family member (The Secondary User). Upon completing the necessary verifications and confirmation, the secondary user will be able to make payments belonging to the primary user.

QwikPay shall not be liable for any wrongful usage, negligence, fraud, over usage, theft and any such actions by parties not within QwikPay control or due to any reason whatsoever. 



8. Notification To The Services


QwikPay will provide services such as but not limited to notifications, informing the customer that their parking period is about to expire or automatic location detection. You acknowledge and agree that the reception of any such notifications is not 100% guaranteed and that you are responsible for the timely activation or deactivation of a parking session, where permitted. You further acknowledge and agree that the reception of notifications is dependent on the operation, coverage and services of you mobile network provider and/or internet service provider. QwikPay shall have no responsibility or liability for the damages and costs incurred by you not receiving notifications on time or at all or by the sufficient operation of your mobile network, mobile phone company and/or internet service provider. 

QwikPay reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) any and/or all portion of the value added services at any time without notice and shall not be liable to any party whatsoever for doing so. QwikPay does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any/or all of the value added services. The user shall take necessary steps to protect their own rights and interest.

You understand that using the services does not guarantee you a parking space and you only activate the services after you have found an available and valid parking space.

You understand that you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have properly stated the parking session for the appropriate parking location before you leave your vehicle unattended. 



9. Indemnification.


You agree to indemnify,hold harmless and defend QwikPay, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates officers and employees, with respect to any claim, demand, cause of action, debt, liability, damages, costs or expenses including reasonable legal fees of QwikPay’s selected solicitors, arising from any third party claim against QwikPay relating to (i) your violation of law (ii) your infringement of any Intellectual Property or similar proprietary rights of any person or entity (iii) any non compliance with or violation of your license (iv) your improper or illegal use of the mobile application or services (v) any act or omission or willful misconduct of yours and (vi) any breach of any of the terms and conditions herein. 



10. Account Termination


You agree that QwikPay, at its sole discretion, may terminate, suspend or restrict your use or your access to any part or at all of the service, at any time with or without cause and with or without notice, effective immediately, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if QwikPay believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the terms and condition herein.

QwikPay may also at its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the service or any part thereof, with or without notice if found to have breach terms and conditions listed herein, QwikPay shall terminate the service from the user and all information regarding user either block/ban user from the service provided. Further, you agree that QwikPay shall not be liable to you or or any third party for any termination of your access to the service. 



11. Service Cancellation


You may terminate your QwikPay service by email to . Upon cancellation, all benefits and privileges shall cease and QwikPay will not be liable for any compensation or to pay any refunds to you as the member in relation to the forfeiture or cancellation of the service.



12. Refund Policy


QwikPay will not be liable for any refunds at all cost for the service of gated parking, street parking, retail and transportation as it serves as a platform for customer to adhere by the terms and conditions of Qwikpay. If you think there has been a billing or accounting error, please contact the appropriate Customer Support Centres at the end of this page



13. Default Car Selection


Gated Parking Users please select the default car selection before entering premises and only applicable at QwikPay operational sites for history checks and emergency use. 



14. QwikPay Card


QwikPay users would be entitled for QP Card which gives customers an option of using QwikPay mobile application or the QP Card. QP Card would be synchronized with the QwikPay mobile application for all transactions and top up services. QP Card only serves as a substitute product of the mobile application any damage or negligence QwikPay would not be liable. Please contact our customer service support if lost of QP Card 03-5516010.

15. Season Pass


Season pass payment IS NOT A SUBSCRIPTION FEE BASE; IT IS ONLY A ONE TIME PAYMENT. Users which make their payment through Qwikpay will only make a payment once and thereafter will only be subject to the payment of renewing their season pass upon expiry.



16. Top Up Transaction


Top up function is NOT A SUBSCRIPTION FEE, it is only used to make payments concerning parking fees namely gated, street parking, retail purchases and other amenities concerning Qwikpay services. 17.



17. Refund Duration


QwikPay will refund users who are discontinuing its services within 30 days.



18. Refund Promo RM 5


Every new user is entitled to receive an amount of RM 5.00 in their QwikPay e-wallet which is non refundable and not included in the refund process to its customers.



19. Application and Renewal of Season Pass


Season pass users would have to comply to the rates and policies set by car park operators and city councils. Qwikpay provides solution to users at seasonal operating sites and hereby adhere to the following policies given by the management of the car park and city councils. Qwikpay will not be liable for any loss and compensation as the solution provider. 



20. Termination of Season Pass


Users have the right to terminate their monthly season pass at any given time. No consent is required from any parties related even the car park management or city councils of respective premises or locations wherever Qwikpay operates only. Qwikpay solely acts as a solution provider.



21. Security Deposit


Qwikpay season pass holders are required to pay a security deposit fee which will be set and charged by the car park operator at respective locations of Qwikpay operating sites. Season pass holders who fail to renew their season application within a period of thirty days (30) or a complete one month (1) will be subject to forfeiture of their security deposit paid to the car park operator via Qwikpay. Qwikpay will not be liable for any forfeiture whatsoever and Qwikpay will solely act as a solution provider. Any arrangements regarding security deposits, season pass holders are required to consult with the respective car park operators on the rules and regulations set. Moreover, all monies concerning security deposits of season pass holders will be handled and managed by the car park operators respectively.
